This bathroom and en-suite renovation in South London showcases how clever internal reconfiguration can enhance the way a home functions without requiring an extension.

- No En-Suite bathroom on the first floor for the two bedrooms
We delivered a complete design and build project, managing every detail from layout planning to final finishes. Our goal was to make the home more practical, more comfortable, and better suited to everyday life.
Scope of Work
Ground Floor Works
- Complete redesign and rebuild of the existing main bathroom to make room for a brand-new purpose-built utility room
- Strip-out and new first fix plumbing, drainage, and ventilation
- Installation of high-spec porcelain tiles, modern sanitaryware, and storage solutions
First Floor En-Suite Bathroom Addition
- Design and build of a brand-new first-floor en suite to serve two bedrooms, incorporating a pocket door for ease of access
- Wet room-style layout with walk-in shower, WC, and basin
- Installation of a new SVP (soil vent pipe) connecting to the main drains
- Full waterproofing, tiling, and fitting of modern brassware and finishes
Design & Material Highlights
Due to the tight footprint, we focused on making clever layout decisions and using long-lasting materials. The look is clean and contemporary throughout.
- Matching materials were used across both floors for a seamless, unified feel
- Large-format porcelain tiles were chosen to reflect light and open up the space
- Brushed brass fittings added a subtle sense of warmth to both bathrooms
