We began construction by carefully removing the existing roof and first-floor ceilings, enabling us to lower the floor level in the loft and achieve the desired ceiling height for the new living space. To support these structural alterations, we installed new structural steel beams, providing the strength and stability required for the reconfiguration.
We raised the rear elevation parapet walls to fully maximise the loft footprint and optimise the shape of the L-shaped dormer. Through this innovative engineering approach, we showcased our problem-solving expertise, creating two spacious bedrooms and a luxurious en-suite bathroom—transforming previously unused space into a valuable, functional part of the home.
