Meet the Director
As founder and Managing Director of S & M Solutions Ltd, I bring over 22 years of hands-on experience in construction, backed by an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management, SMSTS, black CSCS and First Aid at Work. I stay closely involved in every project, from initial consultation through to final handover, so standards never slip and clients always have one clear point of contact.
Before founding S & M Solutions, I worked as a project manager on high-value residential and commercial projects across London, for some of the country’s leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors. That experience, managing complex builds, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and maintaining commercial control, shaped the structured, design-led approach we bring to every project today.
I started the company because homeowners deserved a more professional and considered construction experience than the industry usually offers. Our projects are delivered by an experienced team of trusted specialists, but clients get direct, director-level involvement throughout. That means clarity, accountability and a straight answer, all the way through, not just at the start and the end.
I’m currently pursuing Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB) via the direct entrant route, recognition reserved for experienced professionals with a proven track record, not an entry-level accreditation.

About the Company
Founded in 2015, S & M Solutions Ltd was built on a strong construction foundation, delivering complex residential projects across London from the outset. That hands-on grounding gave us a thorough technical understanding of how buildings actually go together, knowledge that still informs every project we deliver today.
As the business grew, we expanded into a fully integrated Design & Build model, bringing design development, planning coordination and construction delivery under one roof. One team, one point of contact, responsible for the project from the first drawing to the final handover, so nobody’s stuck chasing an architect who tells them to call the builder who tells them to call the architect.
Today we’ve completed well over 180 projects and specialise in high-quality extensions, loft conversions, full home renovations, listed building works and new homes across South East London, Prime Central London and East London. We combine architectural thinking with practical build expertise, so we can manage complex, high-value projects with confidence and clarity, and deliver results that stand up long after we’ve handed over the keys.
